Our Story

As a wellness enthusiast, I’ve always believed that true well-being is about more than routines , it’s about intentional living. It’s how we move, connect, slow down, and savor the present moment.
Through the Senses Wellness Club was born from a desire to share that kind of lifestyle, through outdoor experiences that awaken your senses and build real community.
What started as a personal idea has grown into a space where women come together once or twice a month to reconnect , with themselves, with others, and with the joy of simply being alive. We gather for activities like running, walking, Pilates, functional training, tennis, pickleball, and even wine tastings , all curated to help you feel good inside and out.
This isn’t just a wellness club, it’s a space to be present, make new connections, and live with more intention.
